This is a reminder that wildlife is present all around us, and in Florida that includes alligators that live in ponds and waterways. An alligator was spotted in one of our ponds, and the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has been contacted. If you ever see a large alligator in a residential area, please call the toll-free Nuisance Alligator Hotline at 866-FWC-GATOR (866-392-4286).

Before you remove trees on your property, you must contact the planning division at (386) 506-5601 to determine if the tree you would like to remove requires a permit from the City of Port Orange.

The Windsor Hill Homeowner's Association Board is looking for volunteers to help us clean & paint the walls on Summer Trees Rd & Taylor Rd. We are seeking at least 20 volunteers. Dates will be determined when we have enough volunteers. Thank you for helping our community!
